Support Studio was created after seeing two clear patterns across the Costa del Sol.
On one side, business owners were burnt-out managing clients, admin, marketing, operations and a hundred small tasks that eat into the week. Many were overwhelmed, not because they lacked skill, but because they lacked time.
On the other side, there was a remarkable pool of talent: parents, experienced professionals and expats who wanted meaningful work but couldn’t commit to traditional full-time or office-based roles. They had the skill, the motivation and the reliability, but not the structure to contribute in a flexible way.
